THE FAMILIES of six former British soldiers have been left stunned after the men were jailed for five years in India on “ridiculous” charges.
The men – including four ex-Paras – were working as security guards protecting ships in pirate-infested seas when Indian authorities on the lookout for jihadists sneaking into the country seized their vessel, the MV Seaman Guard Ohio, in October 2013.
